Well done on completeing your run or walk. Please fill in the form below for your medal and optionally to be included in the table of results either paste a link to your Strava Run/RunKeeper/Garmin or similar or attach a screenshot or photograph of your picture of your Smart phone or watch or FitBit activity, showing the total of 10k covered. Do not worry if you have split the distance into two 5k's over two days just add the total time for both days to the time box and tick the two stages option. This is optional and you will still get a medal with or without the time being recorded.

All Running Club Members - to be added to the leader board we will need your precise 10k time and if possible your elevation so we can add this into the list of competitive results. 

We will check the link or upload submission and record it against your registration time inputted and confirm your donation we can then send you your Medal. You will also be automatically entered into the Free Prize draw to win one of the amazing gifts.
