From the bottom to the top and back down again is one rep. Complete 5 times walking or running and you are done.

Requirements.
1. To start, both feet must be on the floor, no touching the first step
Good luck, enjoy and be careful if it's wet.
2. You do not have to go on every step, you can skip some if you have a big enough stride.
3. Both feet must be on the top step before you start your decent.
Again, this isn't about who can do it the quickest just about doing the challenge. You will earn 5 virtual challenge points on completion.
